Provide the service, authenticate users, bill paid plans, improve reliability, comply with law, and prevent abuse.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. OCR images should be deleted after text extraction unless you opt to keep copies. Logs are rotated on a schedule you configure in production.

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Contact us via the contact form; we will verify identity before acting.

Cookies

We use cookies for session, security (CSRF), and preferences. A cookie banner may be added for regions that require granular consent.
